Potter Cup Quiz
Dear Potential Quizzers and Supporters of the Hughenden Valley Potter Cup Quiz,
Next year will be the second year in recent times anyway, that the Potter Cup Quiz has been run in the Spring. In March of this year the event was incredibly successful because of your support and it would be great to get the same level of support for 2020.
Once again I’m pleased to advise that we have maintained the price at only £10 per person and this includes the good quality buffet. Please remember that the proceeds from the Potter Quiz are ‘ring fenced’ by the HVRA for the Senior Citizens function which will be held later in the year.
More details of the 2020 Potter Quiz event are:
- DATE: Saturday 14th March 2020
- TIME: 7.00 for 7.30 prompt start
- THEME: ‘2020 VISION’
- COST: £10 per head, which will include a good quality buffet
- TEAM SIZE: Maximum number of 8 please
- TEAM NAME: Your choice
- FANCY DRESS (Linked to the Theme): Optional
- DRINKS: Bring your own drinks & glasses
If you would like to put in a team even at this early stage, perhaps you would advise me together with the likely numbers so that we can organise food, etc. If there is possibility of it being oversubscribed I will of course let you know.
In the meantime If you do have any related queries please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thanks again for your support
Kind Regards
Al
