Subject: Hughenden Valley Summer Fete – POSTPONED

Good Evening,

Do accept my apologies for this very late email.

We have had an emergency committee meeting this evening about the forecasted yellow weather wind warning that has been put in place for Saturday and we have just finished.

It comes with deep regret that it has been decided to POSTPONE Saturday.

We are however going to re-schedule for 2024.  This s also our 60th anniversary of the Village Fete and we will have this date decided in the next few days.  With this in mind, we hope that the revival AND the 60th Celebration will make it even better.

All that remains for me to say is thank you for your support and I will be in touch soon regarding the date for 2024. I do hope to have your support for our Celebration Summer Fete next year.
