On behalf of Hughenden Parish Council I wish to let you know about our upcoming Annual Parish Meeting, taking place on Tuesday 5th May at Great Kingshill Village Hall, with doors opening at 7:30pm for an 8:00pm start. The agenda is currently being finalised and will be shared closer to the date.

The Annual Parish Meeting is a valuable opportunity for residents to come together, hear updates on parish activities, and speak directly with members of the Council. It also gives residents the chance to learn more about the work happening across our local community, raise ideas, and share feedback in an open and welcoming setting.

We would also like to give local organisations the opportunity to take part. Having a presence at the meeting allows you to introduce your services, speak with residents, share information, and answer any questions they may have. If you would be interested in having a table or display at the event, please let us know by the 13th April, we would be delighted to accommodate you.
